Bed comfy, parking good, wifi good, everything required in the room including iron and ironing board, shower spot on with clean towels supplied, everywhere clean. Would definitely stay again as for the price it was great value for money.

The house has four studios / apartments, each with its own bedroom & bathroom. The shower was large, there's a hair dryer, an iron, an ironing board... There is a large communal kitchen / dining room where each apartment has its own fridge, microwave, crockery, cupboards, kettle & coffee maker. There are three cookers & ovens and two sinks, and tables laid with tablecloths, and even olive oil & balsamic vinegar. There are folding tables in case anyone wants to sit outside. Everything is clean and well maintained. The house is well off the main road, next to a good park with the river Rom running along it, and an occasional heron. It's quiet at night, and there's no hooting in the morning. I bicycled there from Romford in about 15 minutes, and there are a couple of frequent bus routes. I have had to stay in several places around the area while waiting for the purchase of my house to complete, and now there is substantial rebuilding, so I can't be at home. My recent budget accommodation experiences have been mixed, with some truly dismal offerings that it's hard to believe someone can charge for; this wasn't one of those, this was good. I know this review is suspiciously positive, but I don't know the owner. I just admire the effort. A lot of careful thought has gone into these apartments.
