Easy to find, parking, very quiet,great comfy bed, clean, breakfast as expected, own bathroom, although it was not in the room it was very private. We were the only residents and had the whole floor to ourselves, so not sure how it works if the other room is occupied. Lovely old gent running the house with housekeeper popping in.
