This property is amazing. It’s been carefully and lovingly restored in the Art Deco style, down to the last authentic detail, from the furniture and wall paper to the cutlery on the table and the magazines in the salon. Whilst it’s spotlessly clean, it’s not over manicured so it also feels very warm and welcoming. Outside the pool is lovely and the surroundings are pretty, there’s even a little field with few animals to pet. Its a truly is an exceptional property. The bedrooms are very comfortable, again with all furniture from the 1930’s. There is a well equipped kitchen for guests to share which is really useful (especially when you have hungry teenagers, and you like cold rosé!). The generous continental breakfasts are thoughtfully prepared each morning in the dining room. I think what probably really makes it special here though is the wonderful hosts. Thierry goes out of his way to ensure guests are very well catered for and to give info about the house or the area etc. Vichy is a really beautiful town, just 2 minutes drive away. Parking was easy but restaurants on the river get very busy in summer so booking for the evening is recommended. We loved both the property and the area. Look forward to revisiting both one day.

This amazing B and B exudes character. The property has to be seen to be believed! It has been lovingly restored in Art deco chic. The owners have an eye for detail and there are gems from the 1930-40s everywhere. In addition, the spacious bedrooms have been modernised to include a good strong shower, basin and loo. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a delight to look at and to eat. The swimming pool was a perfect place to relax Thierry is an excellent host and gave us good information about the area
