Excellent location for an affordable price, considering the price level in Schladming for the middle of the peak season. Located between the Houser Kaibling and the Planai station, we could get to either Skilift as a starting point with the bus that has a stop 30 meters from the house. Perfect delicious breakfasts, good choices of foods, extremely helpful crew. Large and clean room. The furniture and the technical parts of the house were very old, but as long as they were functioning, we didn't mind the retro style. The house has a large breakfast/dining area, that can be used as a get-together place for larger groups in the evening, while everyone has the choice to return to his room if getting tired.

The owners and staff are very nice and helpful, good accessibility, parking on the property, everything is clean and nice, breakfast is excellent, saunas included in the price of the stay are clean and fragrant
