Despite the negative reviews floating around this hotel, from my experience the rooms have been renovated and upgraded to better standards that exceeded what I was expecting. The floor in the hallway is yet to be renovated but there were helpful signs.

The price was very reasonable. Rooms are spacious and amenities are good. Private kitchen inside the room. Easy check in process and fast response from the host. Overall, good experience.

The Location was very Accessible being a mile walk away from the Hatfield Train Station, the pricing was very reasonable and the security was quite good overall considering its a house with guest rooms rather than a typical hotel, with a coded front door and then a separate code for your room, which felt secure enough to me, There was also CCTV on the Premises which help reinforced the feeling. My room was decently sized, the floors and surfaces were well maintained, the bedding was clean and the curtains were good, it had a cupboard, a bedside table, a sink with tissue paper and cleaning bits and a fridge, so the amenities actually exceeded my expectations for such an affordable place, there was also a shared bathroom with a turn lock on the ground floor, so privacy was quite reasonable in that regard too.

The location was fantastic, and the bed was comfortable. The shower was great. The room I had was great, even had a fridge and a microwave. Awesomeness
