Clean n peaceful place, easy to call grab pickup location , close to Amazon cafe & 7eleven . We staying On 8thbfloor, on 2nd night our room got problem which the toilet door locked itself when close, the frontdesk staff very helpful come to our room and try to solve the problem, because maintainance team not available on that time, but still cant open the door, need to wait until morning , we need to go down G level to go toilet for guests. .

The room was spacious and perfect for my family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids, and a toddler). Water pressure was strong and the heater worked well. Parking was available and access was easy. I appreciated the iron, washer, and dryer provided at the lobby. Housekeeping was responsive—when I requested an extra pillow, it was delivered quickly. The room also had an air purifier, so no musty smell, plus a smart TV for entertainment.
