I like this hotel so much because the hotel room very comfortable and clean, i like the toilet too. Their staff very polite and friendly. The location of the hotel very good too.

Used the Centara Hat Yai over many years as a stop off before the islands. Clean rooms and very friendly and helpful staff many of whom we’ve seen year after year, a sign the hotel looks after its staff which we like. Great location too for the station and exploring the many street food stalls

Food and Staff. Specially Mr Cheema who had assisted us by the time we got down from our car till we check out from the Hotel. Hotel was excellent with super breakfast and very very good staff.
