the room was Perfect 2 Double beds ensuite was Very Roomy we did have a Laugh of the Location of the Kettle Downside Breakfast it was between 08.30 & 10.00 if you didn't get down by 09.30 then the kitchen was shut even though it was supposed to be open until 10.00 am the excuse as given that the kitchen was understaffed maybe if they Put their Hotel Guests First instead of Joe Public. the Location was spot on bus stop bang outside the main door

This was a spontaneous weekend away due to the weather being lovely- by the sea the view was amazing. Sitting on the balcony sipping wine in the hotel is lovely. It’s on the outskirts of town so only a short walk away but away from the liveliness. Hotel and staff is lovely. Room is lovely and clean- even supply’s hot chocolate sachets, water and biscuits which is a win win for me!! Omg the shower is amazing and the bed comfortable.

Location is ideal right by the sea front the staff were very friendly especially Ryan and Lauren who were very welcoming and very very helpful - nothing was too much trouble rooms were clean and decent
