The owners were helpful every step of the way giving advice about local services and amenities which made getting around easier. The setting is peaceful and the rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The property is within ten minutes of the town and beach. I would stay again if visiting Hastings again.

Fab, freshly cooked breakfast plus excellent choice of branded cereals, (including Dorset Cereals) which was a great start to the day! The "Seaside" suite had double aspect windows and a view of the sea, as well as fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. It was a "home away from home" and nice to come back to at the end of the day. A short stroll to the centre of St Leonard's with cool cafés and eating places, and great gift shops and thrift shops to explore. Check out The Goat Ledge café, right on the beach, with little beach huts to sit in and old fashioned deck chairs. Would stay here again...😊

Seaside room is double aspect. Sea view and dog walkers. The other is garden and foxes mooching about. Breakfast was excellent...so much choice. Lovely hosts. This is our second stay..we will be back.
