This is not a breakfast accomodation it is simply what it says but Catherine our host was more than helpful as we didnt want breakfast but we were allowed our own b fast in the room of banana and yogurt which we brought ourselves so that was kind of her Obviously as its just a room you wouldnt bring much more than that to eat in her lovely room This accomodation may not be everybody s taste as it is in a residential area looking out on lots of other houses but if your just looking for a lovely room for a couple of nights in Hastings then its ideal but parking is not as simple as stated Its first come first served on the road outside or pot luck

Enjoyed the large room with it's style, outlook etc Good ensuite. And I liked being able to make cuppa tea or coffee in the adjpining room, as I'm usually up much earlier than my wife.

Lovely room very comfortable Our host Catherine was very attentive to our needs. Really nice tea and coffee facilities, lovely shower! Beautiful sheets! And bed linen! Nice beaches.

Very friendly host, who welcomed us in here characterful house. We had a lovely stay. Her place is a small walk from the busy town centre. She was helpful giving us tips to spend the afternoon like the fisherman museum. Although breakfast is not included she did offer us a fresh croissant with jam for breakfast which was highly appreciated. The bathroom is very beautiful and has everything you need.
