Lovely old property full of character, right next to Winkle Island/The Stade/Contemporary Art Gallery. Well stocked kitchen with everything you'd need, fantastic shower, friendly hosts. Beds comfy. TV works. Perfect for a family trip. Amazingly, it was nice & quiet at night despite it being a busy bank holiday weekend in town. Would definitely come back. 💙

Thank you so much for a marvellous stay. We loved your place to bits, and also fell for what we took to be the real Hastings, available only footsteps away ‘off Broadway’, still with every bustling attraction literally just around the corner. Can’t say enough good about the house itself, both with the atmosphere, great furnishings and every convenience needed. Already pondering how and when a return visit might be conceivable.

The cottage was in an excellent position for the old town pubs, shops, and the beach. It was comfortable and warm and had everything we needed for our stay.

It's a lovely house, well equipped and right in the middle of historic Hastings
