Wonderful host, beautiful period property situated close to seafront, with all facilities including an honesty fridge with drinks and snacks, and great breakfast. 3rd stay and will be back!

We had a lovely stay at 15 Grosvenor. Location was great with a gorgeous view. We loved the decor and the beds were very comfy. Breakfast was fabulous - best we've had in a while. We have various dietary requirements and these were handled with ease. Communication was great throughout and we were made to feel very welcome. If we come back to St Leonard's we'd definitely stay again.

Beautifully appointed room in a lovely house, with lots of helpful extras in the room. Excellent location opposite the beach, with bus stops and eating places within 100 yards. Lovely breakfasts and a super little courtyard garden at the back. Great place for walkers and single travellers. And a very friendly and helpful host.
