2nd stay and already looking forward to returning! Fabulous location on sea front, large newly decorated ensuite room with great facilities in period house. Good range at breakfast. Excellent host with swift communication and flexibility.

Most welcomming. Our second visit and won't be our last. The owner is wonderful, just the right combination of attention and letting us get on with it. We love the provision of beach towels and the attention to detail in the rooms. Fresh milk in little pots can be taken form a fridge downstairs up to the room for tea, coffee or chocolate.

Alison was the perfect host! Extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful but we felt like we had space too. The room was lovely, amazing armchair and sea view. Breakfast was delicious, freshly squeezed apple juice was a great surprise too!

Beautiful place to stay. Lovely and clean. Spacious room. The bathroom.....just wow! So nice to have proper milk for a drink. Breakfast was so tasty. Freshly cooked to perfection. Honesty bar is a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again.
