Very comfortable and every facility you could want. These guys have thought of everything including even books for children. We came on a Thursday and left on the Sunday. The cottage is close to town and we expected evening noise over the Friday and Saturday because of this. Well, it was super quiet, just lovely. Great value too. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend. Huge thank you to the hosts, it was such a relaxing stay 😊👍

We really enjoyed our stay at this charming and stylish little house. It’s in a great location—perfect for exploring both the old and new parts of Hastings, with the beach, pier, amusements, shops. The house itself exceeded expectations, with tasteful decor that gave it a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. It was well presented, thoughtfully equipped, and had everything needed for a short and comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the smooth communication with the host and the easy access to the property. The bunk beds were comfortable, not so much the double. The shower, while handheld, was easy to manage and worked well. The little outdoor seating area was a lovely bonus—ideal for breakfast or relaxing in the sun. We also liked the small touches such as the provided tea towels, and the amenities in the house were overall great.

It was well maintained, attractive and the bedrooms were of a good size. The price was very reasonable and the location was good only about ten minutes to the high street and sea front. The decor is attractive and there are a few quirky features as would be expected in an older property. Toaster, kettle and microwave in the kitchen and TV in the living area and also in the double bedroom. It was nice to have a little outdoor space to dry towels etc.
