Vincent our host made us feel at home straight away and treated us to a welcome drink and nibbles. He showed us around the house and helped us get our bearings along with suggestions as to where to eat and drink in Hastings. Almost like having a private tour guide. Accommodation very fine. Car parking no problem directly in front of house.

Most efficient arrangements for early arrival. Lovely room. Terrific welcome drink and nibbles in front garden in brilliant sunshine in this delightful, quiet street. Breakfast experience exceptionally civilised and cultivated wuth great fresh produce and fantastic hot food cooked to order.
