Friendly staff, good location, comfortable, clean, nice breakfast. If you opt not to have your room cleaned during your stay, you're given a 5 Euro voucher to spend at the bar.

Hotel was lovely and quiet. Exceptionally clean. Staff were extremely friendly & helpful. One receptionist in particular, Rani, stood out. My phone wouldn't connect to the hotel wifi and mobile data had also let me down so I had no way of contacting anyone. Rani couldn't have done more to help with the wifi and, after spending some time at it, got my phone connected. She was extremely helpful booking taxis for me and, like the other staff I met, was very pleasant. I hope to stay again in B&B Hotel, Hasselt.
