Cottage was well equipped. I enjoyed the pool. They have a few fishing boats to rent out (need to have a boat license) - I'm inspired to get a boat and fishing license now to take advantage of those next time!

Sandy Shores is a true hidden gem directly at Rice Lake. We were extremely lucky to stumble across it as we had a few days not planned yet in our holidays and a cottage just happened to be available. Evgeny and Natalia are such relaxed and warm hosts. The location and the cottage itself were well equipped, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the beautiful sunset from the balcony. If we ever come back to this region of Canada again, we will certainly stay here again.
