Beautiful property in stunning grounds. The room was excellent, with beautiful linen and all ensuite requirements. Breakfast was lovely and hosts Shirley and Jim were a delight, making us feel most welcome.

Delicious breakfast, charming and knowledgeable hosts, clean and very comfortable beds. Ample space for two cars to park. Peaceful rural setting.

Shirley & Jim were very friendly & welcoming . The breakfast was very tasty & filling. Location is very close to Paihia.
