Incredibly homely and beautiful. Great kitchen space, breakfast was fab and so many open spaces to relax. Delphine and Guillaume were such lovely, welcoming hosts and made our time at Forest Waters so nice. Perfect location, a central base for exploring Northland and so many great recommendations from Delphine too. We hope we get the chance to come and stay again!

Beautiful property, very clean facilities, friendly and warm hosts, lots of tips about places to visit, breakfast was diy but lots of yummy options (especially the jams), located just a short drive to paihia and kerikeri

Delphine and Guillaume were exceptional hosts. Our stay at Forest Waters B&B was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The accommodation was first-rate—beautifully presented, comfortable, and set in a peaceful location. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming and truly couldn’t do more to make us feel comfortable and at home. Their hospitality made the experience even more special. The location is perfect, ideally situated between Paihia and Kerikeri, making it a great base for exploring the Bay of Islands. And the homemade feijoa jam at breakfast was awesome—an absolute highlight! We would highly recommend Forest Waters B&B to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay there again.
