This was my final visit (for now) to this hotel and they have often gone above and beyond with exceptional service and attention to detail. From the basics, remembering your name to the personal touches like remembering your favourite dessert or what your breakfast order was. I have said this before in my previous review of this hotel, the staff make it so special, with great humour and friendliness they make it a home away from home.

I have stayed at this Hotel with my colleague over the last few months and have been thoroughly impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome—genuinely warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. It's rare to encounter such consistently excellent service. And a special mention to Steff who really brightened our day and is just such an amazing lady! The hotel itself is full of character, with a beautifully preserved old-world interior that tells a story in every detail. High ceilings, antique furnishings, and unique architectural touches give it a timeless charm that you don't find in modern hotels. Outside, the grounds are just as memorable—lush, well-maintained, and perfect for a peaceful stroll or morning coffee. It truly felt like an escape from the everyday. If you're looking for a place with personality, history, and an incredible team behind it, I can't recommend this hotel enough. In fact I have booked later this month to spend a night there with my wife for my birthday.
