It was self contained, well furnished and extremely comfortable. The private yard and bbq was an added bonus. Rosie made contact us to ensure we were happy and nothing seemed too much trouble for her. Her individual touches were very evident - scones and clotted cream at the end of our very long walk were very welcome.

Lovely welcoming cream tea left in the fridge by Rosie who, although we didn't meet, corresponded with us.

Rosie's Annexe flat was in a great location in the middle of Hartland, just steps away from a handful of pubs and a corner shop. There's free parking nearby. The space was adequate for 2 people, and as we were lucky with the weather we could use the patio area out the back. We had trouble with the wifi but Rosie was quick to reply & resolve the problem the next day.

Great place, very clean and cosy. Rosie was very helpful on email finding me a facility to travel to Hartland from the SWCP. It is too far to walk from the path (taxi was out of service). Hartland is a lovely little village with a great pub (I stayed in the Anchor Inn)
