Lovely Cottage, Karen and Mark were really friendly and helpful. Lovely Lottie the dog was an added bonus to greet us on arrival. The cottage was very clean, well equipped and cosy. I love the bumble bee theme throughout the cottage e.g cups, coasters, radio, tray, teapot etc. What a lovely touch. The cottage is nicely decorated. The views are beautiful from the cottage, and lots of things to do in North Devon. We came with our dog Ruby who enjoyed trips out on coastal walks and the beach. Love the fact there is a doggy pack to share ideas for walks and a few biscuits for the dog. and also a paddock to exercise the dog. Nice to watch the sheep and the chickens in the morning from the small paddock. Lots of information supplied about the local area. Thanks too for the lovely home made cookies, homemade bread, butter, tea, coffee, milk, prosecco and eggs. Just what we needed to keep up going after a long trip on our first evening. I highly recommend this property. What a gem. I have already recommended it to my best friend. Thanks again Karen and Mark.

The cottage was comfortable and Karen and Mark were lovely friendly people. I went with my daughter for 4 nights and we had a lovely stay. It was nice to sit out on the terrace and the paddock was so handy for letting the dogs out in the morning and evening. Couldn't fault the cleanliness the beds were very comfortable and the showers were lovely. It was a beautiful view every morning and was easy to get to places to walk the dogs

Thank you to Karen & Mark for being amazing hosts. They were warm and welcoming and went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable! We particularly enjoyed meeting Lottie! It’s a great location for the south west coast path and we loved the homemade treats!

Location was great, loads of amazing scenic walks, cottage was very clean, comfortable and had all we needed especially including generous welcome pack. Special doggy pack also for our canine family members. Hosts were very welcoming with excellent walk and meal suggestions.
