The breakfast was very nice but we would have preferred a cooked Full English. So we were rather disappointed in this respect

The room was very cosy and homely. Staff were helpful, and navigation of the building was great. The breakfast order for the morning was amazing as it was delivered I a picnic style basket in the evening ready for the morning.

Although we didn't really experience a lot of customer service/staff interaction as we arrived at 6.30pm on a Sunday and most things were either closing or closed unfortunately, the room was lovely, our basket for breakfast later left outside our room was lovely. All very clean and comfortable.

The location is perfect if you want day trips either to London or the south coast. Also being on the edge of Ashdown Forest it's perfect for the Winnie the Pooh fans.
