The outer appearance was beautiful. The location beautiful. Parking ample and free. Felt secure. Biscuits and plenty of tea coffee. Breakfast was included.

Propert was reasonably priced, lively building, only reason for 9 star is the location We had to get taxi to Train station But easily done.

I like the location of the hotel and the seclusion. The room was well presented, and the bed was very comfortable. The room was very large more than more than I expected. The grounds of the hotel were well presented and a wonderful car park. The most spectacular is the woodland area of 40 acres to explore with all the flowers to identify. This hotel is impressive and the best we have ever stayed at over 60 years. The history on the walls of the hotel was very informative, and the staff was very knowledgeable. The pricing for drinks was spot according to days inflation and the decor of the interior made you appreciate its period. Well presented hotel above and beyond. The breakfast was very tasty, and the portions were just right according to your appetite. Overall ratings magnificent.
