Lovely room and a great location, really appreciated the upgrade to the top floor room for the length of my stay! the area is so quiet there was no trouble sleeping with the windows/doors open, which made it wonderful and comfortable even in the heat. fantastic shower and just a super simple easy stay

The communication with the owners was friendly and very informative. The location was ideal for our trip to Wembley stadium . Room was clean and had a bonus patio, great for teas and coffee. Really enjoyed our stay.

Aesthetically it looks great but then the comfort of the facilities like the shower pressure, the tv spins from the front room to the bedroom and even though the property is close to the station, shopping centre and supermarkets it benefits from being in a quiet location.
