Parking was at a cost which I had not seen any information other than first come.. we were lucky to get a spot, but £15 per night is Harrogate standard. Our room was small but perfectly formed. The two included cooling fans were appreciated. Breakfast was self serve buffet. Beautiful room and lots of seating. The hotel was generous with the parking after checking out.

Loved the location.... Just perfect I upgraded our room ... But felt it was a shame there was a huge armchair in front of the only window. Also zero view as it backed onto a walkthrough with Bars & Restaurants. Unfortunately work started early in the walkthrough with bottle emptying and maintenance jobs, so was woken up early every day. But Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable and servicing of the room was great. Although a knock on the door at 9.30am to do the servicing, I felt was way too early, but I asked if it could be done after 11.00 after that, so all was well. All in all a very comfortable stay, but I certainly wouldn't stay at the back of the hotel again.

Location was excellent, show to shops, station and, of course, Betty’s. Good restaurants in the area.
