A wonderful old country hotel of great character in an idyllic location. The staff are exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The food is excellent with a wide choice and an interesting wine list. We loved our stay here and look forward to visiting again.

Room was very comfortable with an nice ensuite, bar area was nice and outdoor area to have a drink, Gardens were exceptional, and nice secure parking area for our motorcycles

What a wonderful hotel, full of character and history. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Our evening meal in the restaurant was delicious and breakfast the next morning equally so. All staff were very friendly and helpful. And the location is unbeatable - stunning is not an exaggeration. We were even blessed with gorgeous weather. So lovely to be able to sit outside in May and while away a few hours with a drink or two just admiring the view. Cannot recommend enough if you're looking for a relaxing weekend away.
