Perfectly located for the conference centre with free off-street parking. very comfortable room and excellent breakfast.

The house was perfectly located for exploring Harrogate. There was free parking, the room was clean and quiet and very well appointed. Nigel and Caroline were the perfect hosts, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious.

Very friendly welcome, excellent location within walking distance of city centre but quiet. Great breakfast and very helpful hosts. Spacious room with large ensuite - fabulous water pressure.
