Friendly owner, clean room and free upgrade, very quiet for sleeping. Excellent breakfast, fresh fruit salads, yoghurt, cereals and cooked breakfast options. Many thanks!

This is the perfect b&b for a visit to Harrogate as only a 5 minute walk into town. Lovely bright spacious room, comfy bed & a great range of fresh cooked breakfast options. I will definitely be booking again!
