Lovely property situated in the perfect location for visiting both Harrogate & Knaresbrough. The owner lives next door & is very helpful yet leaves you to your own devices.

Comfortable and quiet . Helpful owners nearby. Good lighting in lounge which is rare and an easy to operate TV.

All exactly as advertised...bed was very comfortable (though this is subjective), the garden was a bonus...good shower...ample parking. All in all a good 2 day stay.
