Sue and Mark very welcoming and accomodating. Nothing was too much trouble. Amazing place, room was amazing - breakfast was also very yummy and filling. Will be returning! We had room 8 one of the biggest rooms it was stunning.

Lovely setting in the countryside, easy access to Harrogate and Leeds whilst a good starting point for exploring North Yorkshire. Room was super comfortable and appointed to a very high standard. Very attentive and accommodating hosts. Had a great stay and intend to come again.

Hosts Sue and Mark were very warm and friendly. The room was clean and homely. Grounds were beautiful to walk around. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful stay that feels like a home away from home.
