The location is ideal. Everything is in walking distance. We had a room facing the lake and it was so nice having our morning coffee out on our balcony

It had two beds, location was right off the beach, and overall it was CLEAN. There are restaurants and good walking paths around. They also have a baseboard heater and free standing heater in case it gets cold. Concierge was polite and professional.
