It was our relaxing weekend away , absolutely beautiful stay . Very clean room , comfortable bed, bathroom very clean . Outside area very tidy , very relaxing environment . Excellent location only about 30 min drive from Rutland Water .Full English breakfast was rather generous and tasty . Hot tube and pool area also clean and pleasant to the eye. Staff very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back .

Location and unique to the area. We like to bike cycle in the area and they welcome bikes. Also we forgot some belongings and they were quick to get in touch

The room was exceptional quality, very homey, new, spotlessly clean, incredible attention to detail… iron, ironing board, extra heater, hot water bottle, umbrella, spare blanket, pillows, new towels, cotton wool, shower cap, fridge with bottle of milk and water, kettle, biscuits… honestly, everything you could want.
