We had a fantastic 2 nights on the houseboat. It is on a small marina, and we felt very safe and private. The AC was beneficial too. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you could need in the kitchen. Yes, there is no stovetop, but we knew about this beforehand and planned our meals to work with the new, modern oven, and it was no problem. We loved the smart TV and the nice grassy area with chairs and a picnic table to enjoy the sunsets. There is honestly nothing not to like. The comments we read about the door not being private are not anything to worry about. We had nobody walk by the entire weekend. Additionally, the automatic blinds on the other windows help keep the room cool. You can see out nicely, and from the outside, the interior is totally invisible. Harlingen is so nice too, with lots to do and see. We will come back again, as we felt incredibly relaxed after staying here. You should not doubt anything and just go here!!

Easy check in. Good parking. Left the car there for 4 nights we were there. Easy walk into Harlingen to catch ferries to Vlieland and Terschelling. Very relaxing and had everything we needed.
