Reception people were not friendly and at time of check out the luggage was left on floor and not loaded to vehicle . Further delayed luggage pickup from room.

It's a perfect location, especially the staff. They are doing very well and are hardworking. Sherya Vansh Sakshi Babli and all restaurant staff, housekeeping is excellent. Big thanks to the wallet parking staff, they are doing very well and for making our stay comfortable and especially thanks to the guard uncle for always being ready to open the door with a smile.
