The staff were truly outstanding - helped us sort out breakfast, called 731 museum to clarify entrance procedures (foreigners dont need reservation but need to bring passports) returned my gloves after someone else accidentally picked them up, helped pre book Didi to airport for early morning flight

Room was warm and comfortable, hotel location is only 10-15 minutes didi drive away to most tourist locations, free coffees and simple supper available in the kitchen every evening

All the staff were very friendly, welcoming and patient despite the language barrier. I had a wonderful stay over the Christmas period at the Atour Harbin Museum Hotel.
