Very quiet place with amazing view. The hosts are lovely, and the food they cooked was very tasty. The price is cheap. It totally worth it.

Good location, 20min walk from Haputhale center and the bus or railway station. Amazing view over the mountains from the balcony. Bed was comfortable and with clean sheets. At first I only had a bedsheet for the mattress and a blanket, but I asked for an extra sheet (I don’t like having a blanket directly on contact with my skin) and the host kindly gave it to me, as well as another blanket. Bathroom was ok, rather clean and the shower had hot water and strong pressure. Dinner was very, very generous and excellent. She truly is an amazing cook ! I didn’t try the breakfast but I guess it’s the same. The family is the best part. They’re very nice, available, accommodating and helpful. Always ready to help and give tips to discover the area!

A great accommodation near the Haputale centre - the host was very nice and friendly, greeted us with a tea, the dinner we had there was one of the best we’ve had in Sri Lanka (as well as the breakfast) and he shared with us plenty of tips for the local trips! The room had everything we needed (and a hot shower!) - when we arrived it was quite cold in Haputale, so take this into account when heading to this area (we appreciated extra layers we had with us).
