Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.Please note that on Saturdays and the final day of Jewish holidays, check-in is 1 hour after sunset. THe location is wonderful, I had a room looking out directy at Kineret in 20 m. The water is very pure, the beach is nice, it is possible to swim from ladders on two piers going out far into the lake, and there is also a nice beach with shadow. The room was just great, with a kitchen, and microwave. The only thing - you should take the dishes with you, as they don't provide them. There is a small living room with two sofas looking out at the lake as well. The park is great, many flowers, everything's beautiful and very clean. The breakfast is just awesome, with lots of cheeses, grilled vegetables, salmon, pancakes and everything you could wish, in a beautful hall with a 180 degree view of the lake. One night there was a big party on the beach, but they somehow managed to do it so that the music was not loud and did not disturb other visitors. The administration of the office offered wine and fruit as a present, which was very nice, but I would put 10 out of 10 anyway, as I really appreciated the place and the way it is kept
