Everything. Quiet area with heaps of good restaurants, cafes and convience store. So quiet but a $2aud ride to the old quarter. Super clean. Great hosts. Good showers. Very comfy beds. Serviced daily. Lake is really nice and clean. Just loved it and am coming back next week for a few days before we go home. Aircon great. Big room. Great value

The size of the room, facilities in the room and a balcony that allowed smoking. The location was very quiet but close to local restaurants , bars and a 24 hour kiosk, the island only accessed by 2 small roads allowed for easy walking without the threat of being splat like the old quarter . Close enough to access the major park on foot and very cheap taxis available to explore central Hanoi.

Location was nice and mostly quiet, and apartment had good wifi and amenities. Great to have two bathrooms as well.
