For the price this is a bargain. I slept well. The Wifi and aircon were good. The shower was piping hot and it was quiet. I walked to Chua Ai Mo, a lovely temple five minutes away. If you rather stay in a quiet area, this is a good choice.

I got a smoking room the room was massive in the first floor it over looked the cafe downstairs. And the cafe is right on the river. Rooms were clean they provided towels toiletries Combs tooth brushes etc. Room has a smart tv which you can cast from your phone.
