Everyone working at the hotel, whether day or night, was very helpful and caring. They helped with things like ordering food, exchanging money, and always kindly reminded us to be careful, like watching out for pickpockets when going out. Mike especially helped us a lot by recommending the best tours and taking great care of my family. I could contact him anytime if I needed anything. If my family or friends visit Vietnam in the future, I will recommend this hotel to them because everything we needed for the trip was available here.

Stayed just one night but it was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was pleasant. Great location to experience Hanoi Old City but well soundproofed. The kitchen can make you a little to-go bag for breakfast if you are leaving before the buffet starts. Would stay again.

Leo is a valuable asset to the hotel! He helped us when we got lost due to road closure for the 80th Independence anniversary day. 11pm at night our room is not ready yet and he straight away arranges it for us and when we realised that water pressure at the shower is very poor he swapped the room for us. He even passes to his manager about our issue and they are giving us 1 free hour massage. I will recommend this hotel for their great service. Hopefully they will fix these water pressure issues.

Location and hotel in general was amazing. Staff are superb. Breakfast good. Our room (502) had a huge bed. Shower fine. Night Market (weekends) literally at front door. Train Street is 700mtr walk. Lake 200mtrs. If you enjoy bargain shopping this is your place. Highly recommend.
