The kitchen was great - lots of utilities, including drinking water in glass bottles. The two bathrooms were lovely. Plenty of air conditioning. Loved the shelving and desk in the master bedroom. The reception staff were lovely and super helpful explaining the door lock and roller door arrangement.

Spacious for 3 of us. Beds are comfortable and location is GREAT! Easy access to many interesting spots in Hanoi and nice restaurants. Staffs are amazing! Can improve cleanliness!

Very clean. Tidy and great location. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Rooms cleaned everyday. Security system is excellent. Elevator is small for people and luggage on arrival. The bed was hard but overall, a good stay.
