A great room, very comfortable and clean. And extremely friendly staff. We checked out in the morning and had our flight late evening. We were offered not only to keep our luggage in the hotel, but also time to relax before our drive to the airport (including tea), and we were offered to have a shower after a day walking across Hanoi. (All this without us asking about it.) A big thank you from us!
