They were incredibly kind, generous, and helpful—assisting us with future travel plans, making calls on our behalf, and always offering service with a smile. Their support made a real difference and truly elevated our experience. Exceptional team! A very peaceful stay. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was surprising. The Central location was perfect so you could experience the hustle and bustle of Hanoi walking distance to the lake and railway street 5 minutes away the experience to see the trains was fabulous
