We had such a wonderful stay at this property! It was our first time visiting Hanoi and they organised a beautiful arrangement in our room for our anniversary. The entire staff were extremely friendly and helpful and gave us so many recommendations for places to eat and sites to see! Great location as it was very central to everything. The buffet breakfast was fantastic and all their facilities and the room itself was perfect and very clean. The hotel was very kind in allowing us to use the pool facilities a day after we checked out too. Will definitely come back to stay at this property if we come to Hanoi again! Thank you for having us ☺️

Wonderful hotel in a great location on the edge of the Old Quarter. We had an adjoining room which was perfect for a family of four. The staff were super helpful and friendly, helping us plan a trip to Halong Bay with great communication via What’s App

The staff are friendly and very helpful. In particular, Cara, Leo and the other front desk staff. Nothing was too much of an ask for them. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for us. We would definitely book again.
