This hotel is in a great location, near the lake and in the old quarter but in a side road so a little quieter and easier to get to. The rooms were spacious and clean, prepared with care and attention to detail. The breakfast was amazing, with so much choice and everything so fresh. The roof terrace is a bonus, we loved it. Most of all the staff were really lovely, friendly and attentive, particularly Tamila and Grace, and made us feel so welcome every time we returned to the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Solaria hotel. The staff are truly exceptional and will go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The location is great, right near the lake, night markets, restaurants and cafes. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, they even offered to put on a mattress topper for us which made the bed even more comfortable. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommended to anyone travelling to Hanoi. Special mentions to Susan and Grace who were amazing and so friendly.

Such a great location everything was nearby the hotel staff were exceptional, extremely helpful and informative Mr Liam, Ms Susan, Ms Daria, Ms Mary. We felt at home as soon as we arrived we booked some fantastic tours they collected us from the airport and sorted us out with a sim card always very welcoming nothing was too much trouble lot's of food choices nearby but the hotel restaurant was very good we ate there twice breakfast was excellent with freshly cooked food and lots of options they provided us with food when going on day trips would love to return when visiting Vietnam

This has been one of the best places I have stayed. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. We had a couple day stay, left to go to Cat Ba. When we came back to Hanoi before our onward travel they let us store our bags & use a room for a shower. Totally great service.
