Such friendly, welcoming staff who were very attentive and helpful. Ann was great and helped us plan our transfer to Ninh Binh and other services. Comfortable, spacious room. Delicious breakfast. Great location as well. Nice sky bar, and pool for cooling off.

This accommodation is incredible. The staff are beyond helpful, and are so kind and thoughtful. The facilities were incredible- including the rooftop bar and swim spa. Our room was immaculate with a huge bed. The staff went above and beyond - to the point they refused to let us carry our own luggage despite our bus stop being a 300m walk. We could not fault our stay and have already booked to come back.
