Amazing staff, really made our trip to Hanoi so very special. And everybody should have a Lilly on holiday she went above and beyond, all the staff put a little bit extra in to make our stay amazing.

- Clean, comfortable room with a great bed - Very helpful and kind staff, helped us organize our airport transfer and offered tours - Tasty breakfast - The pool is a nice bonus to relax in the hot afternoon - Great location, in the heart of the old quarter - we could walk almost everywhere
