A beautiful hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff - impeccable, but not stuffy service. Everything about the hotel is spot on - great pool area (although not as big as the photos make it), fantastic breakfast and good food in the bamboo bar. A hotel full of history - can’t recommend it highly enough!

One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. It is a little older so if you like a more modern hotel, this might not be right, It has all the charm and class of a top class hotel. Staff are excellent and the rooms very comfortable. Breakfast and food in general is excellent and what you would expect.

We loved the old world charm, history and character of the building, it was a delight to stay in your magnificent hotel. Being upgraded as the guest of the day was very special to us and we were very grateful. The service was outstanding with the staff going above and beyond to help you.
