Superb service by staff members they went above and beyond to be welcoming - stunning hotel. Breakfast was very good also with wide variety of choice. Location was fabulous

I hardly write reviews but for this hotel, I have to say it's the best. I appreciate the details they pay attention to. And I must mention Hugh, who was our personal butler for being so helpful and attentive. We enjoyed our stays without a single flaw. I will definitely come back again.

This is a beautiful historical hotel in the old quarter area of Hanoi. The facilities, pool, rooms and service are 6* and we loved every minute of our stay. Will definitely be back!
