From the moment of arrival you receive the most personalised and professional service. The building and facilities are oppulent. The rooms are well appointed and spotlessly clean. The hotel has managed to keep old world charm while giving an over the top comfortable and relaxing stay. The gym is modern and well equipped. The pool and bar area is stunning and supported by the most wonderful, courteous and helpful staff. The hotel offers numerous high class dining opportunities. 10/10 Is not enough for this hotel. Will return for a 4th stay next year.

Beautiful hotel !! Decor and ambience of hotel were excellent. So was the service - all the staff we came across were v friendly and helpful. Room was good size and comfortable. Pillows and beddings were very comfortable.

Loved the room. Location was brilliant and an oasis in the chaos of the city. 5 star service like it used to be. Impeccable. Concierge were great and very helpful booking our Halong Bay tour. Door staff lovely.
