Perfect in every way. Lovely hotell and room. Attention to detail. Nice facilities. Exceptional location. The breakfast was 100% just amazing. We are well travelled, and can confidently recommend this hotel with no doubt. Worth the cost.

Location was good, but on a very busy part of the street, though room was quite as long as balcony door was shut. Staff were great and room was very clean and comfortable and of a high standard.

The staff are very polite , helpful and professional Clean room Nice breakfast and delicious bakery..we were craving the Macaron from previous day and we asked one of the staff and she brought a plate full of them to us❤️❤️❤️ Location is great , close to everything View from my room was beautiful They gave us very cute gifts🙏🙏⚘️⚘️ We had the best stay in Hanoi💞💞💞
