This is a great small budget hotel, in the centre of the Old Quarter but actually pretty quiet as it's on a side street. On the 7th floor we felt away from the noise of the quarter, which is considerable when you are walking on the busier streets. Both adults and children slept well on big, comfortable beds, with air conditioning in the rooms. We used the laundry service which was perfect. Vicky was a very welcoming, friendly and helpful host.

Perfect location, walking distance to everything. Amazing staff: Henry, Carolyn, Qhuang and Kevin, always ready to help and to make your stay pleasurable. Henry organised the tours and train tickets for us. Big thank you.

It was a good room. I had everything I needed and the staff was of course really friendly and nice to me. They helped me with booking my Train to Hoi An, especially Kevin, which helped me book it, as well as to bring my luggage to my room.
