The staff were really helpful in booking tours and buses for our onward journey. The location in the old quarter is great. The hotel offered really good value for money.

One lady at reception was very kind and helpful and even let us check in early (at a charge) after an overnight bus, had a lovely massage at shining spa, comfy bed
