Everything was superb, breakfast was lovely, staff we so friendly, we had Ngoc Trang looking after us , she was amazing with helping us where to do local tour, kept us in contact every day, I would give her a 10/10 for her kindness, and her attitude and ability, and dedication to her work. Thankyou

Perfect location! Close to shopping and food. The staff were really friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable.

The location was very convenient and in Old Quarter. Walking distance to Hoan Lake and St Cathedral Church. Rooms were neat and clean. The service was good and the buffet breakfast was sufficient.
