We have booked for 18 rooms, my total guest are 45. From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay was beyond exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for every interaction was warm, genuine, and professional. A special mention goes to David Lee who assisted us from the time of booking until our departure. His dedication, attentiveness, and personal touch made all the difference. He truly made us feel at home. The hotel itself is stunning—elegant, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms were immaculate, the facilities top-tier, and the views absolutely breathtaking. The F&B team also deserves praise—the service was outstanding and every meal was a delight. What stood out the most was the sincerity of the hospitality. At no point did we feel like "just another guest." Our entire family was warmly embraced and treated with the utmost respect and kindness. It’s rare to find such a beautiful balance of luxury and heart. This was not just a stay,it was a memorable experience we will cherish forever. Highly recommended, and we can’t wait to return.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always doing their best to assist us in any way possible. The breakfast was amazing, and the breakfast team made a great effort to give us a real taste of Vietnam — they were also very warm and welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with great beds. The location was perfect — right in the heart of everything.
